Trenton Psychiatric Hospital (THP) is a 400-bed psychiatric hospital serving a designated New Jersey population. They are a J.C.A.H.O. accredited health care facility, one of six psychiatric hospitals governed by the State of NJ in the Division of Mental Health Services.

TPH believes that nursing provides a holistic approach to patient care, from the initial assessment to the treatment of the human response to actual or potential health problems. Working together with their direct care staff they ensure the patient and the patient?s family competent, compassionate care as they collectively achieve individualized patient care goals.
