Skinner House

Built in 1865, Skinner is a twin house located near Washington Street Mall. This house is one of the few homes that may be rented as a whole house or as 2 units, a 6 bedroom house and a 2 bedroom garden apartment in the rear. It offers fully equipped kitchens and dining rooms, microwave, cable color TV, washer, dryer, fireplaces, and outside shower and gardens. There are also 2 rear cottages available to rent, a 4 bedroom "Carriage House" and a 2 bedroom cottage, the "Stable".
