The holidays at El Artesano, a Cuban restaurant, means only one thing, the aroma of pork roasting. Their menu includes appetizers, soups, meat combinations, poultry, seafood, rice platters, sandwiches and desserts. Catering menu includes, beef, chicken, pork, fish, side dishes, rice, salads, trays, desserts by the pound, and completely roasted pigs. Their cooks, using five large ovens, roast the pigs around the clock in the days before the holiday.
