The Borough of Seaside Heights is located in
Ocean County just east of
Toms River between Ortley Beach and
Seaside Park, at the junction of State Highways 37 and 35, near Long Island Beach State Park. It is situated on a narrow strip of land off the mainland, between Barnegat Bay and the
Atlantic Ocean.
Seaside Heights is part of the Monmouth-Ocean, New Jersey metro area.
