It is located east of Toms River between Seaside Heights and Long Island Beach State Park, near the junction of State Highways 37 and 35, at Seaside Heights. It is situated on a narrow strip of land off the mainland, between Barnegat Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.
Seaside Park is part of the Monmouth-Ocean, New Jersey metro area.
