The Edward Sargent Wildlife Area's 20,400 acres include high aspen meadows, alder-lined streams and a small lake. Elk hunting is the significant sport here, turkey hunting in both the spring and fall, are also available. The area is also open to fishing, hiking and horseback riding other times of the year.
