The College offers some unique coursework including the Farrier Program, the Fine Arts (in Bronze) Program and the Paleontology Program.
A "hands-on" as well as a classroom approach defines the Farrier Program. The student becomes knowledgeable in horsemanship, cold shoeing, hot shoeing, therapeutic shoeing, and blacksmithing.
The Fine Arts-Bronze Program involves coursework such as Drawing, 2-dimensional Design, 3-dimensional Design, Sculpture, Painting, and Foundry. Within this framework, students produce dinosaurs for the Mesalands Dinosaur Museum.
