The house can accommodate up to six guests, with parking for two vehicles. The extensive gardens surrounding the house include an outdoor sitting and dining area with views across the river to Atalaya peak and the Sangre de Cristos. Situated in the heart of the historic Eastside, the galleries and restaurants of Canyon Road are within easy walking distance, while the Plaza is barely a mile away. Hyde Park Road, the gateway to numerous hiking trails and the Santa Fe Ski Basin, is easily accessible.
