Pink Adobe Restaurant

The Pink Adobe Restaurant is located in the center of the historic Barrio de Analco across the street from the San Miguel Mission, one of the oldest churches in the United States. Lunch menu includes gypsy stew, southern fried catfish, New Mexico green chili stew, creole salad bowl, roast tenderloin of beef, and barbecued beef sandwich. Dinner menu has shrimp remoulade, escargots francaise, crab cakes, cold whole artichoke, steak dunigan, grilled yellow fin tuna, porc napoleone, lobster salad, and chicken enchiladas. A bar named Dragon Room is also attatched.
