The Mineral Museum is locatted on College Street in the Workman Center at the Institute of Mining and Technology. Displayed are more than 12,000 mineral specimens indigenous to the region and from around the world, as well as artifacts and memorabilia related to mining and minerals. Exhibits change periodically. Closed Dec. 25 - Jan. 1,and Thanksgiving. Admission is Free.
