Anglers, as well as hunters, find this area much to their liking. The Rio Chama borders the northern edge of this wildlife area. Hatchery-stocked and stream-raised rainbows hold their stations in the protection of rocks. Good-sized browns hug the cutbanks and the bottoms of deep holes. Located 2 miles west of Tierra Amarilla on NM112.
