Hwy 101, Exit 5 to Rte 14; follow signs. 18th-century New England 'Planter' heritage and rich 'age of sail' history. 1760-style licensed tea room/cafe overlooking the Avon River. Courses in traditional Wooden Boat building. Open 1 June-1 Oct, daily 9:30am-5pm. Admission free; donations welcome. Gift shop, public washrooms, bus tours welcome, picnic area. No smoking, handicapped accessible.
