North Sydney Heritage Museum showcases all the minutes of the council meetings from the town of North Sydney. The book shows from 1885. Table used by the mayor and councilors for meetings in the early years of the town can be seen here. Various artifacts on Western Union, old phones, books, radios, and more can be seen at the museum. The Western Union Cable Office has been a part of the history of North Sydney since 1875, and is located at the museum.
