A.V.A. Ballet Theatre was founded in 1994 and incorporated as a non-profit organization in 2002 by Alexander Van Alstyne. Its productions include The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Toccata, Mermaids, Concerty in F.Triangle, The Land of the Living, Angels, and The Secret Garden.
