Incline Village

Incline Village is located in Washoe County just southwest of Reno between the California state line and Carson City along Highway 28 near Lake Tahoe and Washoe Lake in the Western Region of the state.

Incline Village is part of the Reno, Nevada metro area.

It was named for the steep slope on which lumber was hauled for use in mines near Virginia City and Carson.
