Soldier Meadows Guest Ranch

Dating back to 1865 when it was known as Camp McGarry, this historic cattle ranch lies in the Black Rock Desert about three hours north of Reno, Nevada and 60 miles beyond Bruno's Country Club in Gerlach, Nevada. Soldier Meadows is a family owned working cattle ranch with over 500,000 acres of public and private land to enjoy.

The Lodge at Soldier Meadows is comfortable and fitting for the area with 10 private rooms. There is one suite with a private bathroom and kitchenette. The main lodge has a common living room with a large fireplace. Guests dine together with the crew in the cookhouse dining room.
