Grass Point State Park is on a point of land that projects into the American Channel of the St. Lawrence River, known for some of the best fishing in the country. The park is a popular spot for campers and day-users, who come to boat, swim, fish, picnic, or just to relax. There is a marina and boat launch, an area is available for games, and the sandy beach and shallow water are excellent for children. Route 81 to to exit 50S (south) then 1 mile south toward Clayton.
