Liberty Restaurant is located in the historic Kinderhook. They serve fresh bread and choice of soup or salad with all dinner entrees, a kid-proof children's menu with hamburger, cheeseburger, hot dog, grilled cheese, spaghetti/meatball, chicken tenders, or peanut butter & jelly sandwich. A diverse menu with Italian specialties, steaks, seafood, American classics, salads, burgers, appetizers, and desserts are also available.
