North Creek is located in Warren County in the Northern Region of the state 40 miles NW of Glens Falls between Indian Lake and Wevertown along Highway 28. North Creek is a popular access point for recreation in the surrounding Adirondack Park. Downhill and crosscountry skiing are available 5 miles northwest off Hwy 28 at Gore Mountain and at Garnet Hill. White-water rafting expeditions depart from downtown. North Creek is part of the Glens Falls, New York metro area.
