A Learning Center featuring The Undersea World of the Bronx; a 100-year-old Tugboat; Whale Bones and Life-Size Models of Whales; the North Wind Rescuarium, where injured marine animals are rehabilitated; and anything about marine life and preservation. The Institute rescues marine animals and also maintains the Equine Heritage Conservancy to promote interrelationships of humans and animals. Tours, Programs, activities and Special Events. North Wind offers Educational Programs for School and other Groups of all ages.
