Dresden

Dresden is located in east central Ohio in northwestern Muskingum County about 50 miles east-northeast of Columbus and 10 miles north of Zanesville on the banks of the Muskingum River.

Outdoor recreation centers around Wills Creek Lake about 10 miles to the east, Dillon Lake and Dillon State Park about 10 miles southwest of town and Buckeye Lake and Buckeye State Park about 25 miles to the southwest.
