Their goal in treatment is to restore patients to their highest level of independence for transition to home, skilled nursing, physical rehabilitation service, assisted living, or an alternative care site.
As an accredited hospital, Grace Hospital can accept patients directly into their specialty care programs. They accept patients with a variety of long-term acute care needs, and are particularly proud of their clinical ability to wean ventilator-dependent patients.
