The Appraisal Shop is owned and operated by Jeffrey E. Foley, a certified general appraiser. He has been working in real estate since 1976 and is also designated as a general accredited appraiser, independent fee appraiser, and certified relocation professional. Mr. Foley and his staff specialize in residential, relocation, FHA, commercial, and condemnation appraising. The clients include Bank of America, Bank One, Ohio Savings Bank, and several relocation and mortgage companies. They serve all counties in Central Ohio, including Franklin, Fairfield, Licking, Pickaway, Delaware, Union, and Madison.
