Located on George Halas Drive NW in Canton, Ohio, the Hall greets its visitors in the form of a seven-foot bronze statue of Jim Thorpe. The Hall enshrines the greats of the pro football world and presents films and memorabilia of professional football history.Two large galleries in the five-building complex are devoted to the display of the honorees. The Game Day Stadium Theatre rotates 180 degrees to offer its audience two separate videotape presentations. In addition, a photo-art gallery featuring winners of an annual photo contest, the Super Bowl Room, and a gift shop grace the premises. Induction ceremonies, parades and an exhibition football game as well as other events are held in July during the Pro Football Hall of Fame Festival.
