Tuscarawas River

The Tuscarawas River rises in northeastern Ohio near the Portage Lakes in Summit County flowing in a southeasterly direction through Stark County before turning south and then west in southwestern Tuscarawas County. It empties into the Muskingum River at Coshocton in central Coshocton County.

The river flows through or near the major population areas of southwest Akron, Massillon and New Philadelphia.
