Fairview

Fairview is located in northwestern Oklahoma in Major County west-southwest of Enid and south of the Cimarron River along U.S. Highway 60 near Glass Mountains State Park.

The town is home to a robust Mennonite farming community and they show their skills off at the annual Threshing Bee held in September. Museum buffs will enjoy the Major County Historical Society Museum.

The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 1,421, an increase of 95 since 1990.
