Lexington is located in central Oklahoma in
Cleveland County south-southeast of
Oklahoma City across the
Canadian River from
Purcell at the junction of U.S. Highway 77 and SR 39.
The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 1,916, an increase of 140 since 1990.
