Lake Hulah is located in northeastern Oklahoma in
Osage County west of
Copan Lake. The 3,570-acre lake, the focal point for
Wah-Sha-She State Park, has 62 miles of shoreline and is known for its big channel, flathead and bullhead catfish, as well as largemouth and white bass and crappie.
The public hunting area covers over 14,000 acres and is managed primarily for waterfowl. The area also provides good hunting for deer, dove, quail and rabbit. In addition, a migratory bird habitat of about 1,800 acres has also been developed.
