Caledon Hills Bruce Trail Club

Caledon Hills Bruce Trail Club is one of the nine clubs making up the Bruce Trail Association. The club has a hiking program throughout the year with some skiing thrown in during the winter. A volunteer hike leader leads the organized hikes. The hikes are graded as to length and time such as leisurely, moderate or strenuous. The Caledon Hills section of the Bruce Trail is 87.1 km in length and is located north-west of Toronto. Members volunteer as trail captains, and are responsible for the trail. These trail captains maintain the blazes, stiles over fences, and bridges. They also perform semi-annual inspections.
