312 Seaton is a detached Victorian home on a quiet tree lined street in downtown Toronto’s historical "Cabbagetown". From here you are close to many of Toronto’s major tourist attractions, the downtown business district and financial area, and hundreds of restaurants and clubs that offer a variety of dining and entertainment experiences for all tastes and budgets.

Each of the four newly renovated and decorated guest rooms has TV, air conditioning, a mini-fridge, coffee-maker, and new bedding. Two of the rooms also feature private four-piece bathrooms, while two rooms share a four-piece bath.

During weekdays, a continental breakfast is available, and on the weekends, a delicious home cooked breakfast is served on fine china and linen.
