St. Marys

This small city off Highway 7 north of London is at the confluence of the Thames River and Trout Creek. It is also known as The Stonetown, because of the former limestone quarry that is now Canada's largest swimming pool. The city's fine 19th-century buildings were constructed from the limestone mined from the quarry.
