Bad Manors Cottage estate is a luxurious retreat set on two acres next to Peterborough Wildlife Preserve, just two hours from downtown Toronto. The comfortable interior is bright and open with numerous sky lights and a large cathedral wood ceiling & stone fireplace in the great room. There is an eat-in country kitchen, an exercise room & family/game room. Other amenities include a jacuzzi tub, three fireplaces, four TV's, one of which is a giant screen, VCR's, satellite dishes, air conditioning and washer/dryer. Outdoor facilities include two propane BBQ's, canoe, paddle boat, kayak, sailboat, volleyball & basketball nets, hammock, campfire pit, patio furniture, two docks with swim ladders and floating trampoline.
