Agness is a tiny community located in Curry County up the Rogue River from Gold Beach - off of Agness Road, SR-595. Also nearby is the Tucas Airport and situated within the Siskiyou National Forest. This community depends on jet boats for its downstream communications.

Agness has a wide variety of game to hunt and fish to catch in the scenic Rogue and Illinois rivers.
