The Baldwin Saloon, built in 1876, is back to is original use as a restaurant and bar. Inside are various antique fixtures, including an 18-foot mahogany back bar built in the early 1900's. Turn-of-the-century oil paintings decorate the building's old brick walls, including several large bar nudes and a collection of Pacific Northwest landscapes by J.J. Englehart.
