The Bowman Trail is a major access point for hikers and horses into the
Eagle Cap Wilderness. The route provides access to four lakes and beautiful, flower-filled meadows. Visitors will most likely encounter a variety of wildlife, including deer, bear, and elk. For more information, contact the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest.
