The Lava Cast Forest, Newberry National Volcanic Monument, and the High Desert Museum are all nearby to enhance your natural history studies.The facility is rustic with screened, open air cabins, outhouses, and an impressive stone timber lodge with three massive stone fireplaces. Dining and meeting facilities are in the lodge. The city may be booked from May through October. Owned and operated by the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry.
