Collage of Culture

The Collage of culture celebrates the county s three primary cultures, Anglo, Native American and Hispanic. Taking place in Friendship Park off Fourth Street in Madras, the Collage features an explosion of visual and performing art reflecting the counties cultures, ethnic dancing and tantalizing cuisine. Music is a centerpiece of the festival.

The Collage festival is free to the public.

The Collage also features eastern Oregon s largest hot air balloon festival. The Collage is simply a wonderful, colorful celebration of the best of Jefferson County.
