Only moments from the highway, this secluded wayside makes a good stop for a picnic. You'll find tables sheltered by large cedars and a short wheelchair-accassible boardwalk trail to the bog where carnivorous plants grow. Darlingtonia State Natural Site is the only Oregon state park dedicated to the protection of one plant species - the cobra lily. Access from Highway 101 is on the inland side a few miles north of Florence, just south of Sutton Lake.
