Devils Lake is located east of Highway 101 in Lincoln City. The park is situated on the southwest shore of the large freshwater coastal lake, a quarter-mile from the Pacific Ocean beach.

Facilities include 28 full RV hookup campsites, 55 tent campsites, 4 electric sites with cable, 10 yurts, fully accessible restroom and shower facilities, and a hiker/biker camp.

Other features include boat moorage slips and an accessible fishing dock, as well as kayak rentals.

Campground open year-round.
