Backcountry Outfitters operates in the Wallowa Whitman National Forest and Hells Canyon National Recreation Area. It features horseriding, hunting, fishing, and photography trips. Horseriding is to the Eagle Cap Wilderness, and Hell Canyon. Pack trips are fully outfitted, and wholesome meals with garden fresh salads, vegetables, homemade breads, fresh fruit, and main dishes are served. Drop camps are popular with climbers, photographers, backpackers, and families. The Snake River Unit is the hunting area for spring bear, deer, and elk.
