Rates: October through May - $825/night for the first 12 guests, $45/night for each guest thereafter. June through September - $875/night for the first 12 guests, $50/night for each guest thereafter. Plus an 8% room tax. 26 guest maximum. For weddings and/or receptions, etc. there is an additional $300 event fee.

#1 The Lodge at Little Beach was truly the perfect spot for my Dad's 75th birthday. The setting is spectacular and The Lodge itself exudes incredible warmth.

#2 The outstanding features of the setting to us were its closeness to shopping and the beach, but most of all, we valued the quiet setting which made it possible to read, play bridge, work puzzles and goof off generally in tranquility.

#3 Our staff really enjoyed your beach lodge. It was great - - lots of room for work, play and sleep. Everything was clean and well organized.
