It has color TV on cable, DVD and VCR, a stereo and a large brick fireplace with wood burning insert. Dining room with table that seats 6. Modern kitchen complete with small appliances, dishes, etc. Utility room with washer, dryer and second refrigerator.

The house rents for $140 per night off season, $150 per night summer plus tax and cleaning with a two night minimum in the off season and one week minimum in the summer.
