Celebrating 50 Years of Service Pacific Communities Hospital has provided healthcare for residents and tourists throughout the 270 square mile area in Lincoln County. This area includes the communities of Newport, Waldport, Depoe Bay and Yachats. Pacific Communities Hospital was built in 1952 as a 17 acute care bed facility. Since then it has remodeled and expanded with the increasing needs of the community.

The Hospital currently has a 48-bed acute care facility, 380 employees (110 nurses) and 120 volunteers serving health needs of the community.
