Skibowl is the closest winter ski area to Portland. Besides offering 65 day runs and trails, plus the most expert black diamond runs in Oregon, Skibowl is the largest night ski area in America with 34 lighted night runs.

Oregonians have enjoyed Ski Bowl's slopes since the 1920s; it is the oldest major ski area on the mountain. The Civilian Conservation Corps built many of Ski Bowl's facilities in the 1930s.

In the summer months, the Mountain Bike Park offers biking lessons, rentals, and special guided tours. Enjoy 40 miles of well-marked trails designed to accommodate all levels of bikers. There is also a wide-track Scenic Fun Loop for rookie riders.
