South Albany High School offers academic excellence plan focused on mathematics, reading, writing, science, social sciences, and alternative learning opportunities. It has certified specialists in adaptive physical education, art, counseling, library science, living skills, music, and special education. Graphic communication programs including visual arts, printing, and electronic media and student-run businesses in computer network management, sign making, engraving, event management, and silk screening are available. It also provides Vocational Technical Education including automotive, drafting, metals, electronics, and woods.
