Oceanside is a picturesque little community perched on the hillside above the beach overlooking the Three Arch Rocks National Wildlife Refuge. The wildlife refuge is home to hundreds of sea lions and seals. As many as 200,000 birds can be seen nesting on the face of these rocks during the summer.
