Shafer Vineyard Cellars

At Shafer Vineyard Cellars the rolling hillsides of lush vineyards were established in 1973 and the first wines in 1978 with the emphasis always being on, "attention to detail." In the cellar, traditional methods and state-of-the-art equipment are used to produce sparkling wine "methode champenoise," Pinot noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc, White Riesling, Muller-Thurgau, Muller-Thurgau and 2 dessert wines. Harvey and Miki Shafer invite you to sample these fine wines at the winery tasting room overlooking the spectacular Gales Creek Valley. On display are beautiful dried flowers arrangments, swags and wreaths by Miki. Large oak shaded picnic area and gazebo with seating available.VISITORS WELCOMED: Mar-Dec,11-5 weekends.
