Comments: We take an extended stay at this resort at least twice per year. The convenience of being able to prepare our meals in the kitchenette saves greatly on food costs. The indoor pool is large and heated so swimming even on cold days is enjoyable. Each room has a fantastic, unobstructed view of the beach and ocean We've often whale watched from the balcony each room provides. The walk to the beach is VERY short, less than 100 feet. Pets are welcomed and the hosts have often given our dogs treats as soon as they are seen. The staff is more than welcoming and make you feel as if you were visiting long time friends.. You will NOT find better prices for this kind of view and room anywhere on the Oregon coast. Staying here is total rest and satisfaction.

Comments: Our family truly enjoyed the comforts of our room at the Silver Surf all the way from convenient cooking at our leisure, to big fluffy bathroom towels. We especially like the easy access stairs to the big, beautiful sandy beach. Happy memories of our stay here keep us returning again and again. The warm hospitality of the Silver Surf staff remind us why we love Yachats so much, it's genuine.
