Yachats is a wonderful Oregon Coast community.
The nearby Yachats River is a popular spot for salmon and steelhead fishing. Local restaurants and hotels often sport spectacular ocean views. Just south of town is Cape Perpetua, the highest point on the Oregon coast. Yachats is situated at the southern end of Lincoln County. The next community to the north is Waldport and Florence is located 26 miles south, by way of one of the most scenic stretches of Highway 101.
