The library and museum exhibits one of the oldest American printing presses, woodcarvings, early mechanical banks, 18th-century iron-furnace products, memorabilia of the Carlisle Indian School and products made by Cumberland County artisans and manufacturers. The library contains books, monographs, newspapers, manuscripts and other materials relating to local history. Open Tuesday-Friday 10am-4pm, Saturday 10am-1pm, Monday 7-9pm.
